Experience
Maintained GoReact's design system for 2 years across a Sketch → Adobe XD → Figma migration — started the process of building responsive reusable components which were eventually saved as library assets that the team's designers could access. Used Figma for 3 years; one of my first priorities in Figma was rebuilding the component library as responsive variants.
Most shipped features were originally built as high-fidelity clickable prototype before code — built after user journeys and wireframes solidified the concept. Designed responsively across mobile, tablet, and desktop for the GoReact PWA. Demoed prototypes to product, engineering, sales, customer success, support, and leadership. User-tested the same prototypes in moderated sessions, watching learners and instructors walk through real assessment and feedback workflows. Iteration ran 4–5 cycles per project across the 10-step process; behavioral telemetry from FullStory, A/B tests, and beta releases fed the next rounds.
Redesigned GoReact's library from a confusing file system into one of the platform's most powerful features — enabling cross-account content management, reusable templates, and reliable sharing at scale. Led WCAG 2.1 compliance from a failing Tenon.io audit to verified conformance, establishing company-wide accessibility standards and unlocking higher-education contracts.
Designed self-serve in-app payments, removing the sales team from every learner transaction. Built an in-app survey and feedback analytics system integrated with Airtable, Sigma, Slack, and FullStory — producing hundreds of categorized user responses with a session replay attached to each one. Wrote JIRA tickets for every shipped feature.
